Mailing Boss will not open for me. What can I do?

Common reason #1
You have a special character on your Builderall password, such as: !@#$%_

Go to your account settings and create a new password with only letters and numbers. Be sure to click SAVE after you have entered your new password twice.

Common reason #2
Your Mailingboss Account Was Blocked!

That happens when our system finds a high number of Spam complaints or hard bounces. Most of the cases this is because the user bought an email list.

Please submit a support ticket, and we will check your account.
