I am missing leads. What do I do?

If you believe there has been a mistake or you have any issues with your leads, please submit a ticket with the following information:

1. The name and email of the account that shows the wrong sponsor.
2. The date they signed up.
3. What of your links did they use to register their account.

All of this information is critical to be able to research the account and figure out the correct resolution.
